This is a strictly two-hour dining experience. All tables must be vacated at the end of the allocated two-hour sitting to allow us to welcome the next guests. Please ensure you arrive on time.

Award-winning chef and champion of sustainable Irish food, Caitlin is known for big flavours, brilliant local produce and her unmistakable style of cooking.

For one weekend, she’ll bring a vibrant fusion of Mexican flavour and West Cork character to the table — a generous sharing-style feast, with course after course of bold flavours, brilliant local produce and dishes made for passing around and enjoying together.

Chido’s beers, cocktails, wine and more will be available throughout the evening.
